At Naturalimmix.com, our team will work hard as possible to get your order safely shipped as quickly as possible. All orders will be processed from Monday to Friday 9:00am ? 5:00pm PST. For any orders received after 4:00pm, please allow one more business day to process the order. Note: Naturalimmix.com (http://naturalimmix.com/) uses Canada Post services for all shipments.
Processing Time: Allow 1 ? 3 business days for us to pick, pack, and prepare your order. Once your package has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent.

Regular Parcel (1 ? 10 business days) shipping ? FREE for orders over $49.99 CAD (before tax) anywhere in Canada
Orders below $49.00 CAD are subject to an $8.75 CAD economy Shipping Fee.
Express Post (2 business days) shipping is available for $14.99 CAD within Canada, excluding remote and difficult to serve locations.

Expedited Parcel USA (7 ? 14 business days)
FREE shipping to the United States for orders over $99.00 CAD.
Orders below $99.00 CAD will be subject to a $19.99 CAD shipping fee.
* Order(s) may qualify for additional shipping charges depending on the size, weight, bulk and location of the order(s). However, customers will always be contacted before any such charge is added. For this shipping method we use Canada Post, the rate will depend on the calculation method provided by Canada Post.
Tracking an Order
Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number from Naturalimmix.com (http://naturalimmix.com/) that has been provided by Canada Post. If the tracking information states that your package has been delivered, but you cannot locate it, please check for the following:
Is a note left on my door stating to pick it up at the post office?
Does a neighbor or building manager have the package?
Is the package hidden near my porch, garage, or shrubs around my home?
Sometimes, couriers will leave packages in areas they determine to be safe, if no one answers the door. Unfortunately, this is a Canada Post policy and Naturalimmix.com (http://naturalimmix.com/) will not be held responsible if a package is lost in transit.
I’m Not Home When My Package Arrives
Carriers leave packages at their own discretion. If they feel it is safe to leave a package on your door step ? they will. If they feel it is unsafe, then a Delivery Notice Card is left at the door. Unfortunately, this is not a Naturalimmix.com (http://naturalimmix.com/) policy, but rather a Canada Post policy.
If you cannot locate your package and your tracking information states that it has been delivered, please contact us immediately and we will call Canada Post to resolve the issue for you. Naturalimmix.com (http://naturalimmix.com/) will not be held responsible for orders that are lost in transit.
If a shipment has been deemed as undeliverable and is sent back to Naturalimmix.com, we will provide you with a full refund (minus shipping costs). Undeliverable orders will not be resent, and instead, a new order should be placed.
Naturalimmix.com (http://naturalimmix.com/) is not liable for lost orders, packages that are delivered incorrectly, or shipments that are deemed undeliverable.
Order Address Errors
Please double check that you have provided the correct shipping information during checkout. We create shipping labels directly from the information presented during checkout.
If you incorrectly entered your address during the checkout process, it will be “Returned to Sender” via Canada post. For this reason you will be charged an additional fee before the corrections to your address will be made. You will be contacted regarding the cost of the return and reshipment of your order.
Shipping Charges for Returning an Order
The shipping charge for returning an order is the responsibility of the customer. If we made a mistake in regards to your order, then of course, we will take care of the shipping costs for you.
Safe Drop Shipments
We do not “Safe Drop” orders ? which means that we do not leave shipments at vacant locations.

If you are dissatisfied with your product for any reason we accept returns of unopened products up to 30 days after the date of purchase. This does not apply to clearance items. All clearance items and select sale items are final sale. All returned and exchanged items must be returned to Naturalimmix.com (http://naturalimmix.com/) in good condition in order to issue a refund or credit. Opened or used products, or any items marked as non-refundable are not within our return guidelines. We are currently unable to accept returns from US locations.
If you have a problem with your order or would like a refund, please contact us at info@naturalimmix.com. You will simply need to provide your order number, e-mail address associated with your order and a brief description of the reason for the return.

2. Copy the Canada post return ID number below: XXXXXX (Will be provided by Canada Post)
3. Click here to make a shipping label at home
4. Fill out the form
5. Print out your label
6. Attach this label onto the box you want to return to Naturalimmix.com. Only include the items that you want to return inside of the box. Don’t forget your invoice. Securely package the box, take to Canada Post, and you’re done!
